What is the Tennessee Transfer Pathway?
The University of Tennessee and the Tennessee Board of Regents work together to assure the seamless transfer of courses among all Tennessee public community colleges and universities.
Any student who completes the courses listed for their major of a Transfer Pathway will have the opportunity to earn an A.A. or A.S. degree from the community college. The student is guaranteed that all community college courses taken will be accepted at the college/university and will count toward completion of the particular major.
Admission to UT Knoxville is competitive. As a result, the Pathways do not guarantee admission.
